What are the reasons that affect the life of LED strips?

circuit design
The most commonly used specifications for low-voltage LED strips are 12V and 24V. The 12V is a 3-string multi-channel parallel structure.
24V is a 6-string multi-channel parallel structure. Since the LED light strips are to be connected together, how long each light strip can be connected has a lot to do with the width of the circuit and the thickness of the copper foil during design. Because the current intensity per unit area is related to the cross-sectional area of the line, if this is not taken into account when wiring, then when the connection length exceeds the current that the line can withstand, the light strip will fail due to overcurrent. Heat generation, while damaging the circuit board, also reduces the service life of the led.

BRASS TEE FITTING
1. Since LED is a constant current component, the constant current effect of LED strips produced by different manufacturers is different, and of course the life span is also different.
2. The poor toughness of the copper wire or flexible circuit board of the LED light strip will cause the LED light strip to break when it is bent, and it will also affect the life of the LED light strip.
3. Power supply factors. LED strips are generally powered by a constant voltage power supply (DC switching power supply). If the output of the power supply is unstable or there is no surge protection, it will output unstable voltage and voltage when the external network voltage fluctuates. The current causes the LED strip to work at a non-standard voltage, which will also affect its service life.
